Our sponsor this week is the always fabulous Sweet N Sassy Stamps, and they're having a release on Friday - did you see they have matching dies? *want*
This is one of the last pictures I'll be happy with for a while - my camera appears to have something horribly wrong with it, overexposing all the shots & horizontal distortion lines across every bleeding image. Off to the shop it goes, and enter my phone as camera for a bit. Sigh.
Supplies: stamps from Market Street Stamps; Memento Tuxedo Black ink; 1 1/8" circle punch; Distress inks: Barn Door, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean, Seedless Preserves; yellow embroidery floss, paper piercer, needle
The saddest, saddest sun ever.
Here's the sketch:
This sketch is open until next Sunday, April 13th - be sure to hop around & see what the rest of the team created!

Your sun is so cute even with the sad face! Love the stitched rays and the sentiment! Your rainbow rain drops look amazing!
What a great card! So creative! Such a sad sunshiny face and all that multicolored rain.
I love your take on the sketch!! The rainbow rain drop squares are genius!! And I love the stitched sun (even if he's sad!)
I know he looks sad but at least he has the colourful raindrops to cheer him up and very soon there'll be rainbow.... that'll put a smile on his face!
hugs, Asha
Give that sun a Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuit!! Awesome job, fabulous stitching (you should enter this in the Clear it Out Tuesday challenge ATG with stitching) I love how you used the sketch.
ooh, this is so sweet, I just want to make that sun smile lol!
Your sun haz such a sad! It needs to look more closely at that gorgeous rainbow of raindrops... love it, Jessi!
Creative beyond belief--fabulous, Jessi!
Awww... what a sad sun and a super sad story. I'm sorry about your camera.
Your card is wonder Jessi, I can't believe you hand stitched the sun's rays - they are perfect. I would've guessed machine sewing. Nicely done.
Beautiful design!
