Hello, kitty!

At Scrapbooker's Paradise Ponderings this week, Playing in Paradise #64 is brought to us by Merlie ...be inspired by this adorable picture:

and here's what I came up with:

Supplies: papers from My Mind's Eye;
digi stamp from Motivet;
standard oval Nesties;
watercoloured with Distress inks;
Stampendous Fun Flock - cotton ball white

The 'hello' speech bubble is fussy-cut from another sheet of patterned paper in the same collection, and the kitty is cut out & popped up using a layer of foam tape. I just couldn't resist the sort-of-pun of having a kitty saying "hello" - and isn't it nice to send a friend a card just because?
