Our Creative Corner - Getting Sketchy!

Just as much as the last card drove me completely batty, this card...I love it! I had no real idea when I sat down to play, and I just let it evolve on its own.

Supplies: stripe & grid background stamps from Annabelle Stamps; sentiment from Lawn Fawn (from Jen!); Memento London Fog ink; Versamark; clear EP; Sizzix label die; 1 1/8" circle punch; sheer Offray ribbon; pins from Little Yellow Bicycle; standard oval Nesties; papers from MME (from Tammy!)


I was inspired to use the background stamps that I did because of the patterns filling in parts of the sketch from Our Creative Corner that I was working with:


I think the last time I played at OCC was before Christmas! Good to be back :) Their linky is open until Friday night.

    Well, I LOVE this too! So soft and feminine...love the pearl embellies...they are perfect!

    Okay, Jessi, this card is a real stunner! I love the soft colors and those gorgeous papers. And the different stripes in the background? Genius - especially the embossed ones. :)

    And the quote is so appropriate for the super annoying day I had at work!

    Wait. What? People have trouble with the color 9? For me, it's color 6.

    But, seriously, Jessi, your card, which apparently made itself, is nothing short of genius!! I love every.single.thing. And I'd like you to put that mysterious ability for self-made cards on color 9 and send it to the Playhouse! Thank you!!
