It's a lot busier than Lisa's sketch, but since that's what got me started I'm still playing :)
Supplies: papers from Sassafrass; metal charm from Bo Bunny; Hero Arts lace; Broken China distress ink; sentiment from AmyR (CC Designs); Wplus9 banner die; embroidery floss
I pierced the straight & cross-stitched elements on the patterned paper, and used coordinating colours of embroidery floss to accent it. The lace was added on a curve to mimic the paper's patterned embellishments.
Here's Lisa's sketch - hopefully you can still see its influence on the final design!
