Many Thanks!

Buckle up, because I got so much done the past two days! We're about to have another heat wave - it's warm today, but the high temps are back tomorrow & all week long - and I think my creativity decided to get busy knowing that I'm not going to feel much like crafting when I'm sweating.

The first card I'm sharing is for CASology's NEON prompt this week. I tried & rejected quite a few designs, and nearly didn't play along. Washi tape to the rescue:


Supplies: washi tape from Recollections; 1 1/8" circle punch; Peacock Feathers distress ink; sentiment stamp from Paper Smooches

I've inked up this sentiment a whole bunch of times since I got it from Barb - apparently I really really like it. (She still has a whole bunch of Paper Smooches stamps - go look!)

Super simple, but the bright & busy patterns just pop off of all that white space - and my goodness, a year ago that would have given me palpitations!  I'll be right back with more challenges :)

    I first thought was that's washi tape?!?! I though for sure you stamped it!! Good luck with the heat! I'm not looking forward to it either! 90 degrees and no air is not fun!
