So, first up, a card using the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch! and a fun washi idea. For one of the cards I can't show you yet, I needed hexagonal elements...but I don't have any hexie dies. Here's what I did to remedy that - I printed a page of hexagons on card stock (Word has an 'insert shape' option, so you can select size & so on). I cut a strip of them, lined up washi on the BACK of the printed sheet, and then used the printed guidelines to cut out my hexagons!
Supplies: sentiment stamps from Paper Smooches; Versamark; Stampendous White Detail EP; washi tape from We R Memory Keepers; recollections card stock
And a shameless Facebook plug - I've found (after deleting that folder of photos a few weeks ago) that I have more cards to share than I'm blogging. For the most part, if you 'like' One Crafty Mama Cards on Facebook, you'll be seeing cards that won't be on the blog.
xoxo,
Jessi
Great idea for making the hexagons when you don't have the punch or whatever! CUTE card too.
