Washi's up?

Long time no see - I just this morning realized I haven't posted anything since Tuesday! It's been a busy week - lots of crafting I can't show you yet, and I didn't have anything pending for a challenge closing soon, so I just lost track of myself. ANYWAY, here's a fun washi card for the current "Washi's Up?" challenge at Catered Crop.


Supplies: all stamps from Paper Smooches; Memento Tuxedo Black ink; Bic Markers; washi tape from We R Memory Keepers and Recollections


This is a modified version of the washi background I made here - it went a little wrong, and instead of starting over I decided to stop here with this funky look. (This is a lesson on why you should probably not get up & walk away in the middle of doing something that requires focus...you might forget what you were doing when you come back!)

"Washi's Up?" will be open until November 9, so lots of time to play still.

    That's funny, I don't have to get up and walk away from a card to lose focus. :D I quite like the funky washi background!

    Love your title for this post AND love the bright, cheerful, and fun card!! So cute and loving all the washi! I lose focus whether I walk away or not! LOL! I love the wonky design and of course that cute kitty!
