To get the curly ends on my bow, I wound the twine around a pencil & heated it with my heat gun....which is great unless you heat it too long & melt the varnish on the pencil. You'll notice a super-curly bit there, which I'm pretty sure is due to the words it heard while the varnish was bubbling & I was trying to not burn the house down.
Note: I always have my sassy britches on. You've been warned.

ReplyDeleteNo, girl that card is all me! I love it! I want that card and the sentiment!!! Yay for curly twine. I use just plain old school glue around a paint brush. You could try heating it around a paint brush...maybe no varnish to bubble up just melted plastic! Ha!
