Happy Canada Day!
Since Canada & the United States celebrate their country's birthdays this week, at Shopping our Stash we'd like to see you create a card using YOUR country's colours!
Supplies: stamps from PTI; Barn Door distress ink; red & white card stock
This card looks super simple, but let me just say that lining everything up straight took more than one try. CAS is harrrrrd. lol! No room for mistakes.
So what are your country's colours? Do you love to create with them? Come and play with us before next Monday, July 7!
- and don't forget to check out what the rest of the gals made:
My kind of CAS card, Love it. it's the one layer ones I really struggle with. You rocked the red and white. Happy Canada Day
ReplyDeleteGet out! You excell at CAS! What a great card! Happy Canada Day!

I actually got an email from Shopping Our Stash today. I haven't had emails from blogs in a coon's age. Maybe Blogger is all better? Yeah, sorry, I'll stop wildly hallucinating now. Great card! I don't doubt it was hard to line up. I know some people whip out that line 'em up stuff all the time but others like me couldn't get things straight if our lives depended on it.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this! I don't line things up well, either. And yeah, CAS leaves very little room for boo-boos.
ReplyDeleteBest colours, awesome CAS design. Love it!
ReplyDeleteYour card is fab, I really struggle with the whole colours of the flag thing R,W&B is just not my 'go to' colours lol, but I really don't want to move, I love it here!
ReplyDeleteVery neat card with great canadian colours!
