Supplies: image & sentiment from From the Heart; Spectrum Noir markers; Pink Crushed Velvet Fun Flock from Doodlebug; papers from AC; Snow Writer; googly eyes; green rhinestones from Dollarama
I spent a ridiculously long time colouring the piggy only to end up with it looking like it had some sort of weird skin disease. Even the kids were like....mmmm, not your best work. Fun Flock to the rescue, a nice generous coat makes it fun to touch & covers up my less than stellar colouring job!
Since the digi & papers are new, I'm popping this in over at Naughty or Nice with a rare for me Nice entry, and at Chocolate, Coffee, & Cards where the challenge is NO CIRCLES.
I spent most of this week working on a gift for a friend that I can't share yet, so I've been quiet - but once I hit PUBLISH I'm off to work with paper again :)
xoxo,
Jessi

I never would have known your pig had mad pig disease. You've really made that hunk of bacon attractive! ;) This card is SOOOo beyond cute! I am in love!

ReplyDeleteExcellent! Another great card - thanks for sharing it with us at Naughty or Nice Challenges, Jo x
ReplyDeleteI kinds 'forget' that I have digis.... so glad you coloured this little fella, love his fuzzy fur!
ReplyDeleteDropping a cupcake is a little on the naughty side, though, wouldn't you say? My day today, I bet that was the one meant for me. :D Although I'm sure your colouring was better than you say, glad the fun flock came to the rescue! Like the frosting, too.
ReplyDeleteHehe!! Awesome digi!! Love how you colored him and added the dimension to the cupcakes!! The sentiment is perfect! Super cute card!!
ReplyDeleteYour piggy is just too cute! (I'm sure he would have been just as cute without the flocking!)
ReplyDeleteLove the frosting!!
Such a fun card! The pink striped paper made a great background for your darling flocked piggy.
ReplyDeleteI thought your pig looked fuzzy! I love that you flocked him. I can't flock worth a darn, maybe it look like whatever is moulting. Not a good look, but you rocked it!
ReplyDeleteOh this made me giggle--so darn cute!
ReplyDeleteLOL! This really is an adorable card! I LOVE your cute image, the cheerful pink color and the GREAT googly eyes! Glad you are using all your digis - I need to try to get to more of mine! Thanx so much for playing along with us at CC&CC for our No Circles challenge. Hugs, Joanne
