I'm here for you

I played with this great medallion stamp and some watercolour paper for this simple card:


Supplies: Stampendous medallion stamp; Flourishes sentiment; Spellbinders butterfly dies; vellum & watercolour paper; Distress inks in Mowed Lawn & Peacock Feathers; Route 66 Tattered Angels glimmer mist


Using watercolour paper REALLY makes a difference! I inked the stamp with distress inks, and spritzed very thoroughly before stamping. The butterfly was made with two layers of vellum and one of white cardstock for each size. 

I'm entering this over at CAS-ual Fridays Must Love Watercolour challenge, and one more for Open-Minded Crafting Fun's no pink & no red.

    Gorgeous card!! I love this technique, its funny i just posted a card doing it, which i've been meaning to do for awhile! I love the butterfly in the center too!!

    See! Vellum is making a come back! Stunning card. I wondered if you used water color paper and decided that you must have or it wouldn't have worked out so well. Then you confirmed. Just wonderful!
