Supplies: Inkadinkado lily stamp & sentiment; Memento Tuxedo Black ink; Mowed Lawn distress ink; Spectrum Noir markers; yellow glitter fabric paint; Timeless Twine (peapod); white and kraft card stock
A very simple layout letting the lilies be the stars - and it has such a different feel from the card I shared with this same stamp earlier in the week! Love that.
I'm popping this in the linky at The Kraft Journal for "anything goes - spring!"

Jessi
Gorgeous Easter card. I'm still trying to finish my room, when it was decluttered if it wasn't craft related it went in a box or should I say boxes. they must be gone through but it is much more fun to create.
ReplyDeleteLovely card Jessi! You've colored the lilies perfectly and I really like the touch of twine.
ReplyDeleteEach week that I see your entries in the Kraft Journal Challenge, I am amazed at the beauty of your cards. SO I am now going to be a follower. Now I can be inspired more often _ LOL . Seriously, thank you for entering your lovely card in the Kraft Journal Challenge. I love the layout and the use of the twine.
ReplyDeleteLovely spring card! At least one step ahead of me in cleaning, Jessi!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful image and a perfect Spring Easter card! :) HUGS
ReplyDeleteLove this Easter card.
ReplyDeleteThis is just beautiful Jessi! When you are done, can you make your way down to me and give me some inspiration and organize me. I've given up!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy you shared with us at The Kraft Journal. We ALWAYS love seeing your beautiful work there!
Ok, firstly, I love the way you used the baker's twine to highlight the sentiment. It definitely does have so much more of a springy vibe. And I laughed pretty hard at the EGG CARTONS?! My desk is soooo terrible right now, but I've been avoiding spring cleaning.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!! I love the yellow lilies!!! Great design with the layout and the twine!!
ReplyDeleteThose lilies are colored beautifully and what a great card!! as for the old jeans, I'd hang onto them! They make great patches for other jeans, or hand-made quilts! I've even die cut denim panels for cards from old jeans! Denim rocks!
ReplyDeleteI really like this layout! It does let the lilies shine, but at the same time, gives it a *cool* edge to it. So good.
ReplyDeleteYep, what Lindsey said, :)
ReplyDeleteOh wow--this is so beautiful, Jessi!
ReplyDeleteIt is kind of embarrassing the things we amass all in the name of crafts. I'm trying to get better and learn what I really will use and let go of the rest. It is a never ending job and definitely should be rewarded with time to make pretty things, like your fab card here.
