Shopping our Stash #126 - Thanks!

This week at Shopping our Stash we want to see your thank you cards! Dig out some old papers, stamps, embellishments, and make something new with them.

Supplies: papers all from MME; 1" circle punch; classic small circle Nesties; Spiced Marmalade distress ink; sentiment from Paper Smooches.

Despite the many little circles, this was a very easy card to make. Easy to line up, and the 1" circles make a perfect background for a quarter-fold card with a bit of space left for a border. And now most of my tiny scraps from that paper pad are used up :) When I'm punching circles for a background like this, I first put double-sided tape on the 'wrong' side of the paper (leaving the protective paper backing on). Then punch, and then just peel off the paper backing when you're ready to stick them down. This gets adhesive to the edges of the circles, and eliminates that glue SQUISH that I always get when I use liquid glue on little bits.

Come & play along with this challenge until next Monday, November 11th hop on by & leave the rest of my teamies some love!
