Quite possibly my favourite 'fairy' yet

...actually, mermaid. I keep calling them all fairies, because apparently I'm old & can't handle coming up with an all-inclusive name.

Supplies: digi mermaid stamp from Sweet Pea stamps; Bic & Spectrum Noir markers; pearls & rhinestones from Dollarama; Sakura Stardust glitter pen; mesh ribbony stuff from a pile on my desk; faux faux patina background done with Mowed Lawn, Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean distress inks; Key Lime, Turquoise Blue,  & Blue Skies glimmer mists; very ancient light gold EP

The embossing powder I used on this is some that I bought when I was embossing "thank you" on the back of my wedding thank you cards. So, 17+ years old. I bought it in a baggie, and now it lives in an old sour cream container, and still works! I have zero idea who made it, but it's also the nicest-smelling EP I've ever had.

The mesh ribbon was an awesome serendipitous find - I accidentally flicked one of the pearls as I was trying to adhere it, and while I was looking for it I found  the mesh. Tada! Plus, I used up the last bit of that package of  green pearls. Overall this card just gives me a happy.

I'm entering it in this month's challenge at Stamping Sensations (and you can bet your boots I'll be entering twice more) since their theme is Wings, Fantasy, and Fiction. I have some 'fairies' that will fit the bill nicely (some that are even fairies! lol!)

xoxo,
Jessi
