Shopping our Stash #138 - ohhhh, Shiny!


Shimmer, shine, sparkle....that's what we want to see this week at Shopping our Stash! 

true story.
Being the overachiever that I am, I made two cards. Mostly because I had punched so many circles that I was determined to use them up, but still.

Supplies: stamps from Annabelle Stamps; Memento Tuxedo Black ink; Barn Door distress ink; Bic markers; Stampendous yellow fun flock; googly eyes; American Crafts yellow & scarlet glitter; Martha Stewart crystal glitter; miscellaneous scraps of card stock & glitter paper; black rhinestones from Dollarama


I added some yellow flocking to the bee, because bees are so soft...and dangerous....but soft :) I've also used loose glitter on the flower centres, heart, bouquet wrap,  and the bee's wings.

    i love the cartoon, that's sooooo totally ME, lol!!! :) i love that you've done too cards, and the way one is landscape, and one portrait, and yet they are both VERY cool! brilliant use of all those FAB circles, too!

    This is just delightful to look at, Jessi! Since we are about to be slammed with ice and snow here it Atlanta, I enjoyed seeing something bright and cheery this morning!

    These are adorable! What a cute fuzzy little bee with his giant googly eyes! Why don't I ever think to use those?? I'm loving all the glitter and the fun spring colours.

    I love the big bright bold circles! And all that glitter. What a couple of fun and funky cards. Somehow I missed that SOS was asking for shine this time.

    MY EYES! MY EYES! HA, love all the shimmer. With OWH I don't use glitter much any more, and I kinda miss it when I see things like this. I have so. much. glitter. paper. Sigh.

    Oh my gosh! Such fun cards!! My daughter would love all your glitter! I love that image! I also laughed out loud at the quote you had at the top. I sent it to my daughter and she immediately exclaimed:that's me!! lol ;)
