Rustic Quilled Snowflake

Remember last week's Merry Monday card? Well, here's the snowflake that I made, finally on a card. This week's challenge is Rustic Christmas, and the wood paper I picked up on the weekend made a perfect base.


Supplies: wood paper from MME; oval pearls from ancient stash; quilled snowflake made by me 

Simple and pretty! This card measures 5.25" square.

I can already tell I'm going to regret only buying one sheet of wood! I ordered more quilling paper last week & it just arrived, so with any luck I'll have some more fun stuff to show you :)

    Quilling... some might not consider that simple. (And yet I persisted in trying to teach my classes the skill, because my head enjoys contact with brick walls.) This really is beautiful.
