COOKIES!

It's just about time to start thinking about Christmas baking...I try not to do too much, because I sample. I really shouldn't, but I can only resist temptation so far :) When I think of Christmas goodies though, cookies are the first thing to come to mind, so I used this great Bugaboo image (the current freebie! Hurry & pick it up!) for the Jingle Belles challenge - and kept it simple for CASology.

Supplies: Dottie - cookie tray from Bugaboo; Spectrum Noir markers; glitter paper & rhinestones from Dollarama; Simple Stories sticker sentiment; Mod Podge Dimensional Magic

I glossed up Dottie's pretty shoes, her lips & earrings, and the cookie trays.

xoxo,
Jessi

  4. I'm with you on the baking front. I always have to make twice as much as I think I need because I am sure to "taste test" half of it! Love this cute image, the fabulous red sparkle and the big bold sentiment! Thanks for playing along with CASology this week!

  6. I too always think of home-made cookies this time of year, but I can't afford to make them anymore. They always elevate my blood sugar dang it! LOL Likewise, I'm a sampler and only make things I happen to enjoy eating :)

  7. I'm just wondering why her waist is so slim when she is holding such a large plate of cookies? Is that what happens when you eat cookies.... maybe I should eat some more lol. ps LOVE the sparkle!

  8. Very pretty, and I agree with lostinpaper....She should eat and jolly up a bit around the middle...Gawd knows I do. Trying to get the younger girls together for a baking party soon. We do it every year. We use to invite up to 10 friends each. It was a huge messy fun event. Now its just the girls, and I want cookies LOL

  14. Cookies would definitely make me feel merry. I love Christmas cookies and miss the lady who used to bring me a sampler platter of all her homemade goodies. They shouldn't have allowed her to retire.
