The Kraft Journal: White on Kraft

Well, I'm still working away on those needed thank you cards...and with a whole package of kraft paper burning a hole in my crafty pocket I finally took the chance to play along with The Kraft Journal. The current challenge, White on Kraft, is open until Sunday.

There was a lot of cardstock, ribbon, and embossing powder harmed in the making of this card. I think some doilies gave their lives as well.

*moment of silence*

Well, it's super shiny all over.

Supplies: kraft paper; Martha Stewart doily stamps; Puffy Vinyl thickers; Colorbox Frost White pigment ink; Stampendous white EP; pearls; Corner Chomper

Yeah, I know I said doilies died here. And ribbon. And neither to be seen on the final card...I don't wanna talk about it ;)

xoxo,
Jessi

  1. Ribbons and doilies did not sacrifice themselves in vain, for they would approve of the finished project, I'm sure. :P

  4. Sometimes sacrifices have to be made and it looks like they were worthwhile because this is fabulous! Love the symmetry, the shine and the bling and how it all pops off the kraft!

  5. Great take on the challenge, the white doilies are fabbo on the kraft, but it's those puffy letters that really caught my eye.
