Well, it's Sunday, so here I am with my Merry Monday Christmas card for the week - and I'm also popping it in at Chocolate, Coffee, and Cards for their embossing challenge.
Supplies: snowflake stamps from Stampendous; sentiment from Flourishes; Versamark; White Detail EP (Stampendous); Colorbox Frost White pigment ink; pearls from Dollarama
With the pale aqua cardstock it's hard to see, but I smudged some pigment ink in an oval shape around the sentiment to help it stand out. It didn't quite work, lol. The pearls I used are sold as strips, so I just snipped in between them to use them here.
xoxo,
Jessi

Beautiful! Love all those pretty snowflakes. Good idea on using the hurricane names for titles too.

I think this works perfectly, Jessi! I love the embossed snowflakes and the colored pearls are the perfect touch of color to go with the aqua and white! Thanks for sharing this with us at Merry Monday!
Swoon-worthy embossing! I like your idea of post-titling... :D

Whew! Im way behind in commenting!! Im going to try to catch up if blogger will cooperate!! This is a gorgeous card!!! I love the non traditional pastel colors!! Perfect for snowflakes!!
Such pretty pearls on such a pretty card. I have lots of bling and pearls that are on a strip adhesive so you have snip between them. It doesn't matter how many times I tell people how to use them in a class they will pry the jewel off the adhesive and then whine it doesn't stick. *sigh* I'm really like this card, nicely delicate.
