Cosmopolitan Neopolitan...sorta :)

I like the photo that Cath has chosen for this week's Tuesday Trigger. The colours are appealing, the treat looks yummy...except for one thing. I can't stand neopolitan ice cream. At all. I like all 3 individual flavours, but something about the three of them together, well, yuck. Mind you, now I shouldn't have it at all (although there is some very good sugar-free ice cream out there...it's just easier to not eat it, at least for me).
Anyhow, here's the awesome photo:

 So, I suppose it's obvious that I went in a little different direction than colour? What stuck in my mind most for this Trigger was the idea of ice cream, and this new paper pad from Echo Park was calling my name. This is the first time I've purchased Echo Park (I got On the Record too) and it's really, really nice quality. The super-bright crisp colours just make me happy :)
