and when I read that little red wagon's challenge this go-round was 'itty bitty yellow polka dot bikini' the whole card idea came together.

Go join in Barb's second Barbles challenge! You have until January 31st to link up |
So that's 3 of Barb's fabulous photos I've used as inspiration so far...two of them I've actually made more than one card. Still have to upload/edit those...and get my ideas for the other two down on paper. I am soooo loving this challenge :)

Wow - pure sunshine for the soul! Love that bright yellow and the quilling technique - never tried that myself - looks so difficult!
EEEK!!! love this! I've never tried quilling...there would be some 'interesting' words used during the process for me too! lol This card is so beautiful...you've paid attention to every detail. This might be my fave of the cards I've seen you make so far. Thanks so much for linking up again...i love your takes on this challenge! xx

You. nailed. this. perfectly. Jessi, you are a genius!!! LOVE, love, love your quilling, as always. Smart girl, you, to use coins as gluing weights!
Oooo...the bold yellow is most awesome! It definitely reminds me of the inspiration pic. The dots are perfect on this card!
So totally PERFECT!! I think I need to look into quilling. It's just stunning.
There's nothing in this card that I don't absolutely love! I love how the bloom is the star of the show. And the background embossing is adorable! This will be on my fave list for 2012 for sure!
Amazing flower Jessi, perfect!
