Supplies: all papers/images from MME; banner veneer from Lindsey; sentiment from Annabelle Stamps; Memento Gray Flannel ink; Dress it Up square buttons
This snippet of patterned paper made a perfect focal point! And the buttons have been in my stash for at least 5 years, and ended up being a perfect match. You've got to love that!
Here's the sketch:
This sketch is open until next Sunday, March 23rd - be sure to hop around & see what the rest of the team created!

Great card Jessi! I'm with Debbie, I thought it was paper piecing until I read your blog! Awesome paper! Great spring time card!
Fabulous card!! I LOVE it when things that i have end up matching!! Its always nice to use what you already have!! Love that you stamped on the wood veneer, i need to do that, cuz you know i have plenty wood veneer pieces!!
Cool card! Would really like to know who makes the banner die you've used. I could use something like that myself. You didn't list it in your write up -- but then, you are enjoying a sunny vacation, so I'll forgive you (smile).

I hope you had a fabulous trip Jessi.
I love these kites, I think kites and balloons are some of the happiest things in the world!
I host a stamp club and in February someone is all like, "I brought a guest, okay?" Okay??!!! It was Mechele!!! Darn skippy it was okay. She and her hubby are such fab people.
What a fun card! I want a kite with a map on it. I wouldn't have anywhere to fly it but it would look good!
I can't believe you were able (successfully) to work all of those DPs into one card! This rocks!
