Wanna Sketch? 5

This card kind of made itself, really. I was looking through this pad of paper, realized that the layout reminded me of Lisa's Wanna Sketch? 5, got started on embroidering some of the printed elements, remembered that I saw the current little red wagon challenge was to add metal, and this charm was already laying on my desk.

It's a lot busier than Lisa's sketch, but since that's what got me started I'm still playing :)

Supplies: papers from Sassafrass; metal charm from Bo Bunny; Hero Arts lace; Broken China distress ink; sentiment from AmyR (CC Designs); Wplus9 banner die; embroidery floss

I pierced the straight & cross-stitched elements on the patterned paper, and used coordinating colours of embroidery floss to accent it. The lace was added on a curve to mimic the paper's patterned embellishments.

Lisa's sketch is open until June 15th. The little red wagon Heavy Metal challenge is open until next Monday.
