Tuesday Morning Sketches #202 - Raisin Boat!

It's TWIST WEEK at Tuesday Morning Sketches! You know what that means - use the sketch as well as the twist for a chance to win this week's prize and a spot in our Top Five! Raisin Boat is our sponsor this week, and the twist is perfect for this time of year - MASCULINE!

Raisin BoatRaisin Boat has a unique twist on stamps - you can rent them! We all have had a project that needed that one stamp (or a whole set) that you really didn't figure you'd use again - well, that's what makes Raisin Boat so great! Borrow what you need, and send it back for something else. Check out their website for the details & plans available!

Supplies: pre-coloured digi and papers from Clearly Digi Stamps; Sticko letter stickers; Sharpie; Mod Podge Dimensional Magic; black rhinestones from Dollarama

Of course the car needed to be glossy-fied - once I got started I realized the TIRES probably didn't need to be shiny, but they are now. This is a very CLEAN car.

I've turned the sketch vertically:

It's going to be a busy day here on the blog - 2 more posts ready to go shortly!

Wonderful card! Great that you changed out where the strips went to show another side of this great sketch. Can definitely see this card for a man's birthday as well as Father's Day.

Fantastic! A wonderful take on the sketch. LOVE the shiny sports car! The tires remind me of the first time I ever cleaned and polished my own leather shoes as a child. I also shined up and polished the soles, and then soon realized that they didn't need to be shiny either lol. Luckily it wore off fast and no one was hurt :)

Hugs, Dawn
